The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at 6pm at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetlands Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Brian Enright. Applicant proposes vista pruning at property located at 124 Bay Road, Map 7, Parcel 520.
Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Mario Cammarano. Applicant proposes installation of well and septic system at property located at property located at 15 Bowline Lane, Map 13, Parcel 54.
Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Sarah Lightfoot. Applicant proposes invasive vegetation removal from two trees and limb trimming to preserve trees at property located at 50 Dyer Prince Road, Map 20, Parcel 002.
Notice of Intent filed by EKG Properties. Applicant proposes beach access stairway and associated ramp and property located at 40 Bay Shore Lane, Map 13, Parcel 136.
Notice of Intent filed by Application Enterprises. Applicant proposes removal and replacement of two decks at property located at 200 Pine Woods Road, Map 18, Parcel 156.
Request for Certificate of Compliance filed by Mark Sherman. DEP SE 19-1454 for replacement of piles at property located at 20 Richard Lane, Map 21, Parcel 62E.
